Tahereh Fardin Tabrizi is the Company Secretary of Renaissance Research Centre, bringing extensive expertise in corporate governance, immigration and employment law processes, compliance, and organisational administration. She has a strong professional background in managing complex regulatory frameworks, with particular specialisation in employment permits, immigration permissions, and statutory compliance within Ireland, particularly within NGO, advocacy, and research-led organisations.

Tahereh has worked closely with public bodies, legal practitioners, employers, and civil society organisations, providing governance and immigration-related guidance across the non-governmental, advocacy, and research sectors. Her role supports organisational accountability, board governance, and strategic compliance, while enabling organisations to operate effectively within complex regulatory and policy environments.

She is trained in anti-racism education through SALAAM and currently delivers training on immigration systems, employment permissions, and anti-racism to NGOs, advocacy groups, research institutions, and frontline practitioners. Her training is grounded in rights-based and trauma-informed practice and supports organisations working with migrant and racialised communities.

Her work is underpinned by a strong commitment to equality, procedural fairness, and social justice, particularly in relation to migrant workers and racialised communities. As Company Secretary, Tahereh plays a central role in board support, policy development, statutory record-keeping, and compliance monitoring, ensuring the organisation meets the highest standards of governance and accountability. Through her work at Renaissance Research Centre, she contributes to strengthening organisational systems that support ethical practice, robust research, effective advocacy, and sustainable social impact.
