Donnah S Vuma
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Renaissance Research Centre.
She is a researcher, strategist, and social justice practitioner with extensive experience working across migrant rights, victim support, community development, and policy engagement in Ireland and internationally.
Donnah currently leads and contributes to multiple frontline and research-driven initiatives focused on access to justice, protection of migrant and racialised communities, and organisational capacity-building. She has held senior coordination and leadership roles within NGOs and civil society networks, overseeing research projects, strategic planning processes, stakeholder consultations, and advocacy initiatives at local, national, and EU levels.
Her work is grounded in ethical, trauma-informed, and rights-based practice, with a strong emphasis on centring lived experience and community expertise. Donnah is particularly skilled at translating complex social issues into clear strategies, robust research outputs, and practical implementation frameworks that support sustainable change.

Alongside her professional work, Donnah is actively engaged in advisory, governance, and public-facing roles, contributing to policy dialogue, training, and thought leadership across issues of migration, equality, and social inclusion. Through the Renaissance Research Centre, she leads a multidisciplinary team committed to producing rigorous research, inclusive engagement, and strategic insight that strengthens organisations and communities.
